I’m running Windows 10 and got this error message: “an unknown certificate issuer (not trusted issuer) problem” when I tried to download a song for some reason! But running the Microsoft Windows Update from the control panel didn’t pick up on it, so I used the Microsoft’s Site to automatically update the control panel (this method didn’t work for me for some reason). After the update, I tried to install additional software to fix the problem, and when I tried to download the Asus sound driver package, the error came up again. The only way I found to fix this was to have my computer do a fresh install of Windows 10 (which actually uninstalled a lot of other software I was using), and I uninstalled the package and tried it again. This time, when I tried to download the ASUS sound driver package, after I got through the initial download/install (faster than before), the exact same error message came up again, no matter when I tried to download the package! It seems like they just randomly decided Windows can’t complete the update without some kind of error! I’m trying to download of my Windows 7/64-bit USB to download/install Windows 10, but it keeps saying it needs a 64-bit operating system to complete the installation! I am using Windows 10 for this, but the only way I “know” that I have the 64-bit version is because of the description in the title section above, where it says “support 64-bit operating systems only”. 7211a4ac4a
